Feel free to post any questions you have on the Apex Elite MVP Trading System here

The course for Apex Elite MVP can be found by clicking this link: http://apexinvesting.net/apex-elite-mvp-course/

#2

Can this system be used to trade binaries? or is this for Forex & stocks trading?

#3

So what was previously just the Apex Elite system is now called the Apex Elite MVP system? Is the difference the addition of the MVP rules/indicators or is there some other fundamental difference? Do all of the old Apex rules still apply?

#4

You have been enabled check now. Make sure to submit in the help desk with any tech issues.

We have upgraded and revised the apex elite system.

It is now much easier. Uses the Mvp to determine bar size, chippy markets and trailing stops.

We have also added expected range and expected volume to the system.

You can view the course under the elite menu.

#6

Yes it can be used on binaries spreads stocks forwards cfds futures and forex.

#7

Question about the scalp trades. The 4 minute bars can exceed volume at various times while the diagnostic bar is still forming. Does exceeding volume have to occur at the close of the diagnostic bar to be a valid signal?

#8

Yes as you cant enter until the bar has closed on the momentum trades as it has to break the high and you don’t have a high until a bar is closed.

As of that bars closing was the last 4 minutes (what is showing) expected volume exceed expectations - if so you have a trade if it breaks the bar (high if long - low if short) in the direction of the close by 3 ticks.

#9

Makes sense. I was a video behind in the course, you explained it clearly in the next video. One last thing, if trading nadex binaries do you use 3 ticks on the indicative or the chart as the trigger?

#10

I use the trigger … make sure to watch the stop plug in course

Would you not take an MVP Apex elite entry if the entry is at a support or resitance line?

For example, yesterday I had two setups that fit this situation.

 1. On the GBPUSD, the price is at a place where two times before on the H1 chart it bounced up. So the apex entry would be almost right at a defined support area.

 2. On the EURUSD, the apex entry would be at a '00 number. At this same place, the price already bounced up, retraced 33% and has come back down and the apex entry is at '05.

Would you take these apex entries in similar situations when the entry is on a known support or resistance area. In other words, should I blindly take each setup that follows the rules or should I still have open eyes and follow standard technical analysis which might say this particular setup is not a high probability spot.

Thanks, -Jonathan

Can the Elite MVP Trading System be used to trade Nadex bypassing the Nadex platform?

#13

First part yes you can use the elite mvp trading sytem to trade Nadex binaries or spreads depending on which of the entries you are using (ie momentum scalps most likley not on spreads. Elite MVP reversals (maybe on binaries)

But Apex Entries and Add On’s (profit popper style as discussed in a thread in the Elite MVP forum), Momentum Scalps, Elite MVP reversals/BMX reversals you could do on binaries

Apex Entries and Add On’s, and Elite MVP reversals BMX Reversals you can do with spreads.

Second part … “to bypass the Nadex platform” not sure what you mean here you have to trade Nadex in the Nadex platform or if you want to make it 100x easier you can use our Nadex spread and binary scanner for free (see scanner menu above).

Though we are working towards integrating Nadex into NinjaTrader 7 right now you can only execute futres/forex/stocks/cfd’s in Ninja Trader but you can and SHOULD use charting platforms such as ninjatrader for trades taken on Nadex.

I finished the elite courses, and I guess I’m struggling what I should do next. My ultimate goal is to daytrade for a living so my plan is to build my account up though the elite system on spreads to a point where I can transition to trading futures once I have enough in my account. I know I need to practice the Apex system on spreads in order to gain confidence, but of course the best way is the practice during the day when the market is open. But if course I work. I can practice using Iron Condors on news. Any advice?

I was thinking maybe I should practice the Apex system on binaries first, since there seems to be more opportunities with binaries at night (profit popper, etc.) but if I do that, then I feel I’m not focusing on spreads to get better at them and delaying the goal. Obviously, there are a lot of different trades that you could do, so I’m trying to narrow and focus in order to make progress. Any suggestions?

#15

responding to this so I can be notified of responses. stsmith927, you and I are in a very similar boat. It seems to me that I don’t have enough time to trade spreads effectively in the morning everyday on a 1 hour time frame. This forces me to focus on binaries with the profit popper or momentum scalps. I would love to hear from someone who trades alot of of profit poppers or momentum scalps in the morning and uses diagnostic bars and binaries. I have watched the videos but I am still confused on the entry rules for profit poppers. Enter on the E, but use the high or low of the P to set your trade entry? change your entry offset to 1? use a tenth of tick bar size as your profit target? like on the TF diagnositic bars are set to 14 so profit target is 1.4 ticks?

Is there anyone that I could ping directly that has mastered the profit popper or momentum scalps with binaries? Where are you? Can I pick your brains? Darrell, I have searched the forum and there is not much referencing the rules for either system (with binaries) I will watch your videos again, but I am still confused about entry and exit.

Still studying…

#16

what time are you trading in the morning ronin?

#17

Usually 0630 to 0800 PST. I’m trying to focus on the TF. How about you?

#18

Oh wow, you have an advantage being on the west coast. I’m on the east coast, so by the time the market opens I’m already at work, so I can only trade in the evening…typically between 9pm-1am EST (6pm-10pm PST).

From what I understand you can catch pretty big moves in the morning, so you should be able to take advantage of that.

#19

always trade based off the charts if the rule is 3 ticks above e what ever 3 ticks of the underlying is

ie if nadex ticks in .1 but underlying ticks in .25 then use .25

indicative is an average weighted price assuming you meant underlying

#20

elite with spreads and iron condors on news are both spread based trades but they are completely different strategies and dong the news will not help you trade elite on futures or spreads

YOu should honestly be able to practice the futures in a demo on your free demo you have using market reply without issue then it just a matter of choosing the spread. Focus on the system get the rules down - THEN - you can work on which option to pick.

If you want to do elite then do the above

if you want to do binaries - then you will need to change it up - looking at momentum scalps binares - apex trades with binaries, epc’s etc’s

futures you coudl do profit poppers but not on spreads to much of a scalp trade for night time and we use 4 minute bars often at night on elite if your doing elite apex entries at night -t he reality the market does not move much at night - has nothing to do with elite its just there are not consistently a lot of trends at night - so you need time based bars - hence boomerang, scalps, binary profit poppers, or futures where bid/ask premium etc… not an issue
