I’m learning the Izone Sharpshooter System with Nadex Spreads (trends and scalps)…I have availability to trade from 6am to 9am EST…Can I trade this system that early in the morning? If so, what instruments would be best recommended for the IZSS system for these early morning trading hours. Thanks.

During those times you could really trade any instrument. Indices (NQ, YM, TF, ES) Gold, Oil, Dollar Index (DX), Forex pairs, you name it. Best way to gauge what you would feel comfortable trading during those hours is to load up a chart with the IZSS template and see what it looks like during those time frames.

No problem. I just noticed you specified spreads, so disregard the Dollar Index, no Nadex instrument for that one.

With limited hours watching a variety of instruments will give you more trades.
