Im new to Apex and I read the page http://apexinvesting.net/elite-trade-room/ and I followed the first part of number 4 “Don’t forget to close the “connect” page after you login to the room so it does not refresh and kick you out. Also under options set the option to auto minimize moderator charts so they don’t pop up in front of you unexpectedly.” but the problem is that everytime I close the connect page I get logged out and all the windows close. The second problem is that I don’t have an “options” option when I’m logged in. Can you show some screenshots of what you mean by these two steps in step four?

Im not quite sure what you mean.

On this page http://apexinvesting.net/elite-trade-room/ on the bottom right you will see Cathy’s number. Please call her and she will hop on and take care of any issues your having right away.

I circled the step in the attached screenshot. It’s step 4. https://www.dropbox.com/s/306c5suqlvluhjx/Screen%20Shot%202015-11-04%20at%207.48.16%20PM.png?dl=0

Please respost using screencast your image is unavailable in drop box

here is how to do this: How To Capture Screen Images and Share Them In The Forum and Rooms (specific simple steps)

Whatever the issue is… did you call Cathy to get it fixed?

This may help on the minimize function

The problem is that it doesn’t work well with a Mac. I’m using Mac OSX Yosemite. The screenshot you posted is only on my windows vm using virtualbox. When using my Mac I get different window for the hotComm link, It doesn’t have any of those options. You should specify that all your software is for Windows only.

It is not for Windows only its for Windows and Mac. (The trade room) Please use the support line to hotcom and call Cathy her numbers are available on the Elite room login page.

Side note: If your going to be a serious trader (and I am a mac owner and a mac lover) I suggest you look at a pc (see this post: Macs For Traders - I love my MAC! )
