What is the best time to trade forex binaries?? when is the market for them moving or stagnant?

Each will be most active when “its” country is trading…take the eur/usd or the gbp/usd both of these start becoming active at 2 or three am eastern (when the european markets open)…and peter off around 5 pm eastern (when the american markets close)…and don’t move much until 2 am the next day. the aud/jpy would become active when the australian and japanese markets are open.
