Progress stalled need help

I started the sniper bootcamp on Feb 1st but can’t get the historical order prints to load. I’ve the loaded the most recent toolkit and OP dated Feb 3rd, cleared cache and restarted Ninjascript. I would appreciate any help I can get.

Submit a help desk ticket. Also there is a new file uploaded

I’ve experienced the same thing helping my father. I’ve found that if I’ve done everything else right, close your current NQ chart and reload a new one. I can’t explain the root of the problem but I’ve found that this is a solution.
