The above message may appear when (you use the same trigger price on 2 stop triggers simultaneously. Make sure to offset them by at least 1/10th of a tick.
If there was some data connection issue along the way for even a micro second etc… It will happen its part of trading. Its not a “fix it” type error. its a error check to see if you got filled/pending if not resubmit “type error”.
What do you do… - simple check the nadex platform (that is the “contact us part” - not so much a contract nadex as check on your nadex platform) to see if you have a working or filled order - if not click ok and resubmit the order if you still want to take the trade.
