The 20 minute Binary Strangle strategy today

I noticed that the 20 minute binary strangle strategy seemed to be much more powerful on the Russell 2000. during the Spring as compared to now.

A few questions:

  1. How have people here used Expected Volume in regards to 20 minute binary strangles?

  2. Which Stock Index Futures contract does the 20 minute binary strangle work the best on?

  3. During what times of the year or day do 20 minute binary strangles work the best?

  4. Any other hints on making the strategy work best?
