You Data Connection Did Not Provide At Least 120 Days Of Historical Data For XXXXXX

This error message, (shown below) is related to how much data is being provided by your data provider. Even though you may have 120 days loaded in your data series, there may not be data for some of those days due to holidays, etc.

To resolve this issue, simply right click on the chart and click data series, then set the days to load setting to 200 days back.

If you’re still receiving this error message after increasing your days to load, then submit a help desk ticket and we can research the issue in greater lengths with you.

NOTE: If you are using IQFeed, they only provide 8 days of historical intra-tick data during normal trading hours, so you will not be able to use diagnostic bars with IQFeed during market hours. You will need to obtain a free FXCM account and connect to that data feed before connecting to IQFeed.

IQFeed should always be the last data feed that you connect to.
