Can a binary be worth $0 or $100 before expiration

I noticed on the scanner the simulator will give max value before expiration. It seems to be very common on 5 minute binaries. So is it possible to get max value before expiration?

It will not hit exactly 100 or 0 until expiration, but it will come very close.

I think it can be “taken off the table” if the price jumps way outta strike ranges, but that just takes it off the table and doesn’t change it to 0 or 100 yet
