Excel Data from Commodities and Forex

Hi, I am wondering where I can retrieve closing numbers on forex, commodities, etc. (for free)

For example, I just want the raw numbers (in a table form) that shares what the closing numbers for AUD/USD or GOLD were at 8am(EST), every weekday, for the last month or the last year, etc.?

Does such data exist (as #s) or is there a way to extract this from NT?

Try it on hourly - but then you would need to filter out all hours but the hour you wanted
