FXCM Subscription On Ninja Trader

I attempted to follow the information provided in the video to get FXCM in Ninja trader. The info seems a little dated and after over two hours, I am stuck. Tried sending email to Ninja Trader but they aren’t replying. Is there a new link to get a password and username for FXCM on Ninja Trader
