What is the most liquid time to trade Forex in a normal trading day?

Darrell might give better answer but here is what I know.

London and NY are two most liquid sessions. London session is from 3AM ET to 11AM ET and NY session is from 8AM ET to 5PM ET. Therefore, 8AM to 11AM is the most liquid time for forex.

Forex is always liquid. you should never have a hard time getting a forex trade filled. Are you more referring to volatility trending etc… or?

3 am to 11 am generally though you will get some trends earlier if there is news

Why i cant see spreads in my platform for fx pairs today after 15h pm??

The fx spread markets are closed from 3pm to 6pm on nadex
