Can Apex Investing lodge a block complaint to protect all Apex users? We are a significant cohort that utilises NADEX!

I’m sure individual complaints are the way to go.

Take responsibility and action yourself if you truly care.

Complain both to CFTC and to Nadex directly.

Let’s make sure this doesn’t happen.

PS - However, I am sure Darrell / Apex will speak with Nadex and voice any concerns they may have.

I realize they could do it for “any” reason, but surely they aren’t going to just close down folks’ accounts willy-nilly. What would be some of the causes for trade limitations?
