Has anyone won a trade with Nadex LIVE but the account did not place the money in the account. This happen twice the first time they made the correction, the second time I have not heard back from them. I keep careful records of all wins and losses and I won a trade and the account balance went down and not up. the information was paste and sent to the NADEX help desk no response yet.

Normally they update the account in seconds, or maybe up to a half minute after the trade closes.

I know it has been the case time and time again,they are perfectly accurate. I record each and every win or loss and that is why I know for sure they did not add a win to my account. They admitted the error the first time and put the win in my account and then it happened again and they are not responding . Demo I can understand but a live account, that is unacceptable. Do you keep records of your wins and losses in your live account?
