I think you are talking about premium collection. We do trend trading premium collection, expiration premium collection, spike reversals on deviations for premium collection and iron butterflies for range bound premium collection, we also use the apex system for trend trading premium collection

These two may display it a little cleaner for you.

Your screenshot is conceptually correct. however the rate of theta changes drastically as time approaches expiration not in a curved fashion and as price changes there can be small or dramatic moves dependening on distance from strike and time to expiration.
