Is anyone else having trouble connecting to the Elite Room?

I was in it since 1am this morning I walked away and came back and now I’m not. The error message when I try to reconnect is:

"The server part of the address that you’re requesting [relay7] is incorrect or does not exist. Please check the address and try again.

Notes: make sure you typed the address correctly according to the instructions you were given, including punctuation.

I’m getting an error saying there is no moderator. Can’t get in.

Just heard back from help desk that HotComm is working on it. Hopefully back up soon.
