Must the ZOI BB overlap with the Setup bar to be valid #4?

Here is a screenshot of a #4. The ZOI is on the BB, but it does not overlap with the bar range of the setup bar (SUB) with LVS & Star.

Is this a valid #4 setup, or must the ZOI on the BB overlap with the SUB range?

The setup occurred in the dark period, there was an obstacle and other reasons not to take the trade.

But the question is whether the setup is valid when the ZOI BB lands below the low of the SUB, as in this case, or above the SUB high when the SUB closes down.

Yes the bar should overlap so this would not be a valid signal. Great question!!
