Ninja Account Funding

Hello: I paid for the Lifetime Ninja platform. My Ninja account is in the process of being funded. My Ninja trial account expired. I load up the Charts but as soon as I connect to live CQG data my charts go wonky. Do I need to wait until my Ninja / Phillip account is funded before charting will work ? Thanks very much,

Make sure you suvscriver to data when you signed up. While waiting could ise a different email as you have funded already
