Order Prints template crashing on NT7

I selected Order_Prints_Simple Template for $CADJPY and got a message “Ninja Trader Application has stopped Working”. Other templates seem to work.

Hi Alalean,

Please take a screenshot using Jing from outer upper left corner down to outer lower right corner and submit it with a description of what’s happening to the help desk so they can help you.

It is not allowing me to upload pictures as a new user.

You should be able to post a link using jing. If you’re having a problem posting picture, please review this forum post How to post charts in the forum. Also, please make sure you’ve got the 6’s (e.g. 6A, 6B, 6C, etc) in your instrument list and that they are using the the Default 24/7.
