Question: If the TF 12-17 reached a +1 deviation level the day before is there a possibility that it is going to drop the following day.

Not necessarily. Market will pretty much do what it wants on a daily basis.
Friday had a gain up to basically the +0.7 level… and then Monday just continued the trend. Then there was a sell off on Tuesday.
With it moving that much in a day… its more of a heads up… Market has moved a large amount… good place to take profits or tighten stops
