A little TOO honest with Nadex?

I was sent a survey from Nadex asking to answer some questions honestly. This was shortly after Nadex Pro was released. I was blunt about how they should have created something similar to the Binary/Bull Spread Scanner’s that you find on the Apex Investing website created by Darrell Martin.

A week goes by and when I open my Demo account all I see is this blank page. Log in to the real account, no problem. This has been since Sunday, 10/26. Essentially, I’m not able to link my demo account to the Apex Investing scanner. When I log in to Nadex Pro, I see all the markets and charts on my demo account, so I am being forced to learn Nadex Pro. Has this happened to anyone else??

Yes, I can still use the Apex Investing scanner’s with my live account, so that isn’t an issue. What is the point of answering a survey honestly, if it leads to being punished? I like using the scanner with my demo account, so when I trade live I push all the buttons on the scanner without second guessing myself.

Nadex is not going to block your demo because of a survey you filled out. A bit paranoid :slight_smile: They are not blocking someting to make you use something else. You can login there is just something wrong with the browser. You can access live. Understand they are doing a LOT of updates that are going in to demo hence why live is working and demo is having issues for you. Have you tried logging into demo in a different browser IE Firefox Opera Mobile App etc… Do you have the most recent version of chrome Do you clear your cache and cookies daily? Ctrl Shift Del (not doing this leaves old information in your browser and can cause it to have issues when sites (especially dynamic ones are updated regularly) . If you have done all the above to no avail then pleae contact their customer service directly. If you have or after you do you have no success then please submit a help desk ticket with us. This is a tech support issue that is it. Understand they can’t copy the scanner. That would be copyright infringement and would be flt out wrong considering i have spent over 6 figures on it over 2 years of development and I give it to you free.

Hi Darrell,

I understand the copyright issues and I heard you say on a webinar the scanner’s cost you around $3,000 a month to keep them up and running. The more I use the scanner’s, the more I appreciate your GENEROSITY. Hopefully NADEX offers to buy your software, should you ever decide to sell it.

lol, MAYBE I am being paranoid :o I really was curious if anyone else had the same issue with their demo. I seriously doubt Nadex would target only me :rolleyes:

I also doubt Nadex reads these posts, strangely enough my demo worked perfectly after I posted this. And… I did try different browser’s and the demo was blank on all of them which made me even more “paranoid”… lol

Thanks Darrell for your support and response to this post. Without the scanner’s and your tutelage, I don’t think I would be trading the Nadex platform… I sincerely mean that!!!

You are right Nadex is not going to target anyone. If you have a problem just call them. I call them if i ever have an issue. You can also follow up with an email to [email protected] after the call if you feel its needed.
