How do you Enter and Exit the trades on the chosen system

I need help submitting my entries and exits. I completed the IZoneSS course and got all but one question wrong. I really understand it. I also know how to use NinjaTrader, how to buy/sell a position. Here is what I’m unsure about

Do I open/close a position with a market order or limit when I get the entry/exit signals? I’m trading FOREX, should I be using the 3/12/60 setting like the cheat sheet suggests, or 3/12/5 like the training suggests? Can I set up audio alerts for the trend flip and catcher? Can I set an automated exist on the MVP?
