Can somone help me turn them off when I don’t have the chart opened. I don’t have the aud/usd chart open yet i’m still getting alerts in ninja trader when it hits 75%.
Alerts are still going off when I have them disabled

Check to see if you have other workspaces open with that instrument in it. Even if a workspace is in the background you will continue to receive any audible alerts for any instruments in that workspace.
If that doesn’t solve your problem, submit a help desk ticket for someone from tech support to assist you.
