Apex Entries on Nadex - Binaries vs Spreads

For Apex Entries when trading on Nadex, which is better to use Binaries or Spreads?

Define better?

Spreads make more money but you may be managing the trade longer. Also they are a dollar risk a tick for against you etc…

Binaries are going to be an hour or less - so less time management but may not be a contract available… if take profit not hit on OTM probably total loss… if goes against you could lose a much larger risk to reward… all depends on the binary and the exit - though i really only do these with the profit popper style strategy

In trading there is not a best its just what you are consistently doing that your comfortable with that meets your needs.

If you have 2 hours to trade and have to leave binaries are you choice

If you only want a few trades a day but want big trades then spreads may be a better choice
