I’ve been practicing spreads using the Apex system, and have been enjoying it very much. I’ve heard DM mention he trades some standard options, and I was wondering (since I play with those as well) which if any of the Apex indicators or templates I could use to help me analyze potential setups more effectively.
I assume that I would need to change the bars to daily, etc at the very least. I’m pretty much doing directional ITM/ATM option contracts. No condors or anything multi-legged just yet, but would like to go there as well.
Right now I use daily bars, volume +, williams %r, and macd to check for valid trades.
Are there any recommendations on how I could use the apex indicators/templates for analyzing the market for these types of trades, or does this system generally only apply for day trading?
