Anyone know what the optimum bar sizes on these instruments ar when trading the MVP?

there is a video training on using MVP and Apex, and the information is in there. Specifically, there is an indicator that you have in the toolbox called bar sizer, and it helps you define what the best bar size is for the instrument that you are trading, and look at the system with each bar size. I would refer to the training under the elite mvp courses, and then look under apex diagnostic bars settings and tips.
