I tried to widen the bars on my Izone Sharpshooter chart and zoom in by using the keyboard commnands ALT/+ and Ctrl/+. Didn’t work. Where do I go to make the changes manually

The command to widen the bars is Alt Down Arrow
To make the bars Narrower the command is Alt Up Arrow
