Bid and Offer will always hit 50

#1

Hello Darrell,

In one of your webinars you talked about the fact that the bid and the offer will always hit 50 and you showed how to take advantage of this. I don’t remember the details and have been looking for the video to replay, but can’t find it. Can you refresh my memory or point me to the video?

Thanks in advance.

I am not sure if there is a specific video you are talking about, but he does talk about this in all binary strategy videos.

The point is this-

There are exactly 3 things we know about binary pricing:

If the binary expires ITM (in the money), then it is worth $100.

If the binary expires OTM (out of the money), then it is worth $0.

Lastly, at any time prior to expiration, if the underlying instrument reaches the strike price, the binary is worth (at that time) about $50 (minus bid/ask spread).

Hope this helps, Brad

the binary will be worth 50

making the bid/offer 47/53 - i go a little lower (others are starting to copy my rule and call it their own) - i use 43/57 (one guy is now point 42 58 lol as if one pip changes things) - basically you can use this for stops or take profits depending on your strategy - watch any of the bonus webinars where i discuss binaries and i discuss this in detail and different ways to use it.
