Binaries or Forex?

If you have a small account (1000) and have 3-4 hours per day or night to trade, would you trade Forex or Binaries and which 3-4 hours per day would you trade? Once you know what to trade and when to trade it, what strategy would be best? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
