Blue Bar Chop?

I understand that the orange bar means that we are in chop but does the blue bar mean that we are in chop also?

The Blue bar shows you the current market position and alerts you that the bar has not closed (finished) yet. Once it closes, you will see one of the other 3 colors-Red-Green or Orange.
