Certain Contracts Are Missing On the Scanner (ie intraday, or weeklies etc..)

A) Hit reset filters most likely one of your filters is to tight. IE setting 0 to 15 minutes till expiration but the closest expiration is 60 minutes away. Then when the contracts appear just re enter your filters 1 at a time and you will see which one is to tight.

B) If hitting reset filters does not work then make sure the market is open. There are 2 ways to do this. 1) See if there is a green icon next to the market on the scanner. 2) Look at the platform on Nadex and see if the contracts are there (ie there will be no intradys at 7 PM ET on US 500) etc… as the US 500 intradays don’t start trading until 8 AM ET.
