Chop filter and trend catcher settings for CL

Darrell and I were playing around with settings for CL trend catcher and Chop filter. The best settings we found for CL to filter out chop were 14 tick bars, with TC trend period of 10 and chop filter of 24. This kept us out of the most chop and in the most trends.
