Below is an example of what this error looks like, “This extension may have been corrupted.”

Google has made some changes to the store recently and caused everyone to have this issue. This simple solution was offered by our head developer:

If you're using a beta version of chrome, it's possible to frequently get this error. the only solution for you is to install a normal version of chrome side by side with Canary and hope the next nightly build they release will be compatible. We do not recommend using experimental versions of browsers to manage your trading. It is not wise.

If you’re someone who didn’t even know Chrome had beta versions in existence and the above video did not help, then the solution for you is simple:

  1. Uninstall the extension, by clicking the little trash can icon next to it.
  2. In Windows, go to Add or Remove programs and uninstall Chrome completely from you computer.
  3. Reinstall Chrome from here: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html
  4. Lastly, just reinstall our plug in
