CQG Data Feed Issues

Constantly running into this error message when attempting to connect to CQG. Not sure what is causing this problem. I have added and removed the cqg login credentials, I have signed up for numerous new demos in hopes of renewing my data feed still with no resolution. I have no idea what to do now and the problem hasn’t stopped yet. Can someone help me please?

Did you copy and paste your new credentials in the windows? It could be as simple as an extra space in your username or password. If you check those and have no luck, I would recommend to call NT.

It expires every 2 weeks - just follow the same steps get a new ID. If your doing this and its not working what link are you using what is the actual URL your using to get a CQG id?
