S4 - Select - Underlying Markets markets

I been going through different courses listed on the site, l am very curious to find out, which market do you prefer over other S&P or Russell for elite apex scalp, can you please answer in detail, if you could. My guess is Russell.

Russel is my preference as it ticks tighter in .1 versus .25 and is more volatile. Also it is less saturated so volume works better on it than on ES.
