Denied to join Ninja trader

Has anyone been denied to join ninja trader? Is there any particular reason that would happen? I have the money to trade and to join the platform for the one time fee. I contacted them, but they gave me no specific reason.

Only by email so far, i plan to call today have to carve out the time from work.
