Hi…I have gone through the 5 minute binary course as well as the Start Here ( several times)…I have set up Ninja Trader . I have the correct code starting with sim. When I connect to FXCM and load a new chart us/Jp, where you scroll to load Chat template there is nothing there…(no settings for diagnostic etc.)also , validating tool kit is not happening either. I keep listening to the videos to see what I missed? I cannot pin point it. I am going to the 10:30 webinar on TC today as well. Would anyone know what I am doing wrong ?
It sounds like you have a problem with your toolkit. A help desk ticket would be appropriate here.
I have spent over 80 hour making the course. You can spend a couple hours taking it. Please dont ask others to make summaries for a course that you have not taken. Its your money that your looking to put at risk. Take the time and take the course.
Your toolkit is installed on the computer and your computer is enabled.
