Deviation Level Clarification

The deviation levels start at .5, go .7 and 1.0. My understanding is that each deviation movement among these three is 1 separate deviation. It does require a progression from .5 to .7 to 1,0 to equal a one deviation move. Is this correct?

1 dev move=from settlement to +1 or to -1. Also it can be from -0.5 to +0.5 if you look at the dev indicator it will show you the current dev move but normally it is from settlement to ±1 dev lvl.

Review the deviation indicator it measures a full deviation move from high to low versus just at the levels. You can learn more about this indicator under the deviation and deviation levels under the Study Technical Indicators section of the forum
