Good Afternoon, I was wondering if each of the forementioned Indicators can be purchased ( Paid Monthly ) separately Or in as a packaged Deal ?

I am definitely interested particularly in the Deviation Level indicator, as well as the Spread Scanner that is due to come out soon.
