Elite Toolkit Installation Error

Hi, Im trying to install the Apex investing tool kit. it will not let me even after opening ninja. Done it several time and still cant.

This happens usually do to a firewall like Norton and is almost unnoticeable.

To resolve it first go to add remove programs in windows and delete the apex toolkit.

Then try to deactivate your firewall settings as it will quarantine the file and that is why you get the error message. Also delete the setup icon shortcut.

Note even if you “deactivate your firewall” there are 100 settings and you may miss one. So pay special attention to when installing it if a message pops up in the bottom right of the screen as this is almost ALWAYS the cause of this issue and you have to click on that message and tell it to not quarantine the file. Usually a norton issue.

Then download the file again.

When you then go to execute it make sure to pay attention to the bottom right corner of your screen for notices from your virus software/firewall. As it may tell you it’s going to quarantine the file as it thinks it’s a threat as it does not recognize it. Click on the notice and tell it that the file is okay with whatever prompts are given.

It should then install properly.
