I keep hearing to invest in energy companies. Anyone have any advice on a few to keep an eye on?

For day trading or for longer term?

What system are you using for entry exit.

Options or stock. Low leverage on energy stocks even with portfolio margin or day try trading margin why not just use nadex spreads or futures on oil ng etc…?

What system are you using (entry exit rules). Outright stock married puts. Collars. Only long? Seeking high dividend. What is long term days weeks months years.

Looking for for growth or value stocks, only long, in years. Would be interested in dividend ones also. Just thought some people may post a few that they thought were solid or upcoming companies, no biggie. For stocks I’ve never really used an actual system, just word of mouth and have done quite well in the past but as far as goals, I’d just monitor sorta manually if I decided to purchase any of them as things change.
