Error msg installing nt7 apex toolkit!

I am getting this error installing the toolkit… .http://prntscr.com/9p7ha0

I followed all steps in the video, but got this error msg. I tried to uninstall latest version (01/11/2016) and tried with the former (01/07/2016) but still getting the same error? Cache is empty Thanks fot your help

Simply go to the toolkit installer link and redownload it from the website.
