To ensure your clock is always up to date you need to use a clock sync automation software. Even a second can throw off ticks on your chart on their time stamp and make your charts vary.

Reminder to make sure your clocks are synced with DST kicking in US and aroudn teh world over next several weeks

Once you do both of these clear your cache using the apex toolkit and restart your modem and your computer.
