Exiting short positions

#1

In binaries the rule is sell high and buy back lower. I assume the same rule applies in spreads. Just checking. If that’s correct will the instant ticket when acitvated issue a buy order, Or does a buyback price need to be entered manually on the Stop Trigger.

This is true with all instruments, you want to buy lower then where you sell , and sell higher than where you buy back. Yes if you are in a short position and use the instant to exit , it will automatically exit it as a buy order since that is the only way to exit a sold position. You do not have to put in a specific price unless you are wanting to wait for a specific price to be reached, if you want to exit immediatily you can use the instant
