The Etx entry was correct.
Factors:
1).5 dev level with cluster right on it
2) NQ ICR level just below
3) DR divergence - running out of steam to continue down
4) Dynamic Magnet above the dev level.
With DR divergence you should watch for OD divergence to form - it did not here.
Add the Dynamic Magnets to your charts they are very helpful.
With all those factors: Dynamic Magnet above the dev level and ICR below the dev level and the cluster you would anticipate chop happening. It was a long run down from 9068 to 9042 without a break. You would not anticipate an elevator here.
