Yoshi, I usually trade it 3 am to 5 am or 6 am. However If I hit my 5% early enough in the session, I go back to bed. LOL!

This is a curious time to trade the NQ, is this because you find better trading opportunities for the NQ at this time period? Maybe because of low volume? Or is it because it is the time period that is best for you personally? Thanks!
I work a full time Job from 8 to 5 pm. Since I can’t always trade the New York Session I like to get the London session since that is when NQ starts to move most of the time.
What time to you go to bed? I too struggle with finding time to trade during meaningful hours. I just can’t get myself to to commit to getting up at 2 or 3 a.m. to trade. How do you do it? Don’t tell me “lots of coffee.”

No unfortunately I have always slept 4 hours or less of continuous sleep a day. I’m sure later in life I will pay for that, but I just can’t seem to sleep any longer than that. I do try to take several naps throughout the day when ever possible. It all works out in the end for me.
So trading the London Session, does it make sense on NQ to try and get the floor of a spread on a buy, or the ceiling on a spread on a sell? Do you do this, or just get in the middle of a spread?

It depends on where the indicative is and the proximity to price that is available. Most of the time at that time of day the end of day widest spread is going to work for you.
I do also trade futures and that is what I mainly do at that time of day.
