For the indices a 10 tick Diagnostic Bar is what is generally recommended

Suggest adding Bar Sizer Indicator to your chart. Will give you suggested Bar Sizes. Will give you Large-Medium and Scalp suggested Bar Size. Will only work with Diagnostics Bars.
