How Do I Upgrade From The Essentials To The Elite Subscription?

If you would like to upgrade your Essentials subscription to the Elite you will need to submit a Help Desk Ticket requesting to cancel your Essentials subscription at least 1 day before it is set to expire so that we could ensure you are not billed for it and then apply for the Elite subscription in order to gain access to everything that comes with it. After successfully applying for the Elite subscription if you have your your Ninja Trader platform open already, you will need to close and then re-open it in order to enable all of the Elite indicators for the Ninja charts.
