I hit reset filters, markets are open, and no data is showing in my scanner

Note (Nadex hours and underlying market hours may differ)

If that market is open on Nadex do the following:

Any one of these may work but going in this order will find the solution the fastest.

  1. Refresh - F5 or the circle arrow in your browser
  2. Delete all cookies and cache for all time (ctrl shift del)
  3. Log out/back in.
  4. Close and open browser
  5. If no data is still showing after the above submit a help desk ticket in the free members area. The help desk is located under questions and available once logged in to the Apex Site.
