Institutional order prints not showing up

Hi

I recently join apex community and I am setting up my ninja charts. After doing that, I see my chart with following message “#4 Failed to validate indicator Institututional Order Prints Star LVS ZOI Detector. If you have just started NinjaTrader, you may be able to clear this error by pressing F5”.

I did refresh using F5 but message still persist. Even though I see chart, all detectors such as APEX disgnostic, institutional order prints are disabled. I further checked my indicators properties but there is no option to enable them.

did anyone faced similar issue? what is solution?

This is the detectors. They are included once your a paying member.
